We were engaged in Iceland, married in Scotland, and now live in Busan, South Korea.  And all for the airline miles.  Despite spending so much time away from the States, by far our best memories are from times back home.  We miss our families in Connecticut and Oregon, our friends in Washington and around the country, but are happy to be in Korea and excited about our adventure here.  We came here to live abroad again, to learn a language, and to get to know a place to which we’re connected in more ways than even we understand.

Who knows how long we’ll last, but while we are in Korea, we’ll do what we know best:

1. -exploring the area’s best restaurants
   

2. -drinking champagne with new friends
   

3. -walking our two lousy cats
   

4. -taking pictures
   

5. -hiking and camping and getting bug-bites
